• we do not store your banking info
• we do not sell your info across other website
• we value the trust you put in our business and our job is to keep you protected

Returns

we can understand the emotions changes, we will be glad to exchange it to a new piece of your choice or wait for the next collection, or feel free to use the fund to purchase other products from our store. 

Condition for exchanges or store credit 

• buyers only have 15 days  from delivery time to make an exchange/ store credit request.
• artworks or general merchandises must stay in its original condition, without damages or alterations.
• we do not accept returns on custom or commissioned pieces unless they arrived damaged .
• the buyer is responsible to pay the return shipping costs.
• if an items arrives damaged, the buyer has between 48-72 hours to provide photos and report the issue otherwise the case will be closed.

our return policy is also based on customers experiences, as we are not just selling the art but understand the vision for the room. we are a hand painted small company and our community values the craft!
