Return Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the original and handmade nature of Jenn's Art studio, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless item arrives damaged or defective.



we will gladly replace your order if:

-the artwork arrives damaged in transit( you must notify us within 3 days of delivery)

-The wrong item was shipped



for prints within 7 days of delivery for store credit only.



Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Returned items must be packaged securely, preferably in the original shipping box
